Tip 2: Wipe your mascara wand and then apply to your lashes. Sometimes the mascara wand can pick up too much product and this can lead to clumping. This trick, which is used by makeup artists, can easily remedy this. Take a paper towel (you don’t want to use anything that can add lint or dust to the brush) and wipe the wand after you take it out of the tube. You may be worried that there isn’t enough product, but that’s not the case at all. In fact, you have enough to apply to both eyes. If you want to add more layers of mascara just repeat the process.
