4. Take time for you.
If you’re feeling neglected, treat yourself to something you enjoy doing. Go to a salon, treat yourself to a movie, or go swimming. You can talk to him about it the next time the two of you get together. Just make sure you have a legitimate complaint, and that you’re not texting him or calling him all day voicing that complaint. Give him his space. And then negotiate that space if need be.
