Dirty undies and sweaty gym clothes are not your vajayjay’s friend. This is a breeding ground for bacteria and bacterial infections. You want to always be clean and stay dry down there. The vagina already has a ton of sweat glands, and if you are lounging around like that then you are setting yourself up for bacteria to enter the canal and cause a nasty not so nice smelling infection.
